Arrivals and departures
The apartments are available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival to 8.00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.
Booking and deposit
To book, it is necessary to pay the deposit within 7 days from the booking day, by sending a receipt of the bank transfer by email. The deposit amounts to the 50% of the price of the entire stay. The balance must be paid on the day of arrival.

Parking
The price includes an external and an internal parking space.
Pets
Pets are allowed (for a fee).
Services
Water (hot and cold), electricity, gas, independent heating, equipped kitchen, bed linen, TV-SAT, bath towels, hairdryer, cleaning products, laundry room, washing machine, dryer.
Minimum rental period
The minimum rental period is 7 nights.
Cleaning and maintenance
The linen is changed after each guest’s departure. Smoking is forbidden in all apartment areas (Law 3/2003). The customer is required to return the apartment clean at the end of his stay, otherwise the cleaning costs will be charged.
Access and use of the premises
The premises use is allowed in compliance with the other guests respect and the condominium regulations. The customer has to be quiet at night from 22:00 to 07:00, in order not to disturb the other condominium guests.
Cancellation
It is possible to cancel without penalty up to 15 days before the arrival date: the deposit will be fully returned, minus the reimbursement costs. After this deadline, the deposit will be retained in full.
Deposit
The customer will be asked to pay the amount of € 100.00 upon arrival as security deposit. The amount will be fully refunded if there is no reason to keep it (unclean apartment, damages) at the time of departure.
Customer’s responsibility
If the customer or his guests damage the accommodation or its contents, the customer will be held responsible for such damage. It is not allowed to accommodate more people than those established at the time of booking. The owner reserves the right to refuse the accommodation if this condition is not observed.
Manager’s responsibility
If, for reasons beyond manager’s control, the booked accommodation is not accessible, he reserves the right to assign another accommodation with the same characteristics as the ones chosen by the customer.
